My psychotherapy approach is a blend of my training and experience in Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral therapies as well as AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Depth Psychotherapy) which blends Somatic, Attachment-based Interpersonal Neurobiology among others, to affect deep change. In addition, I have training in Solution-focused therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting and other Trauma therapies, and the Disease Model of Addiction.
In practical terms, what this means is that I meet you with a broad range of methods and experience enabling me to tailor our work to best meet your needs. Some people prefer more talk therapy, some prefer more focus on feelings and physical experiences. I am interested in what works best for you and my commitment is to provide a safe, confidential, supportive environment for your healing and personal growth.
