Rates
Initial Assessment and Consultation $225 per 75-minute session
Individual Therapy $150-$165 per 50-minute session
Couples, Family Therapy $160-$175 per 50-minute session
Group Therapy $ 55 per 90-minute session
Consultation and Training $165 per 50 minutes
(Extended sessions may be arranged in advance and are sometimes helpful for couples’ sessions or individuals who want time to go deeper than a typical session may allow).
Good Faith Estimate Notice to clients and prospective clients:
Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. Insurance
I am an in-network provider for the following insurance companies:
PacificSource
For all other insurance, I am an out-of-network provider, and, therefore, do not bill insurance companies directly. However, I provide you with a receipt that includes all the necessary information for you to be reimbursed by your insurance company that pays for out-of-network mental health treatment. It’s important to check with your insurance company to see what services are covered, and how much is covered.
Sliding Scale
A limited number of lower-fee slots are offered based on availability.
Payment
Payment in full, or co-pay, is expected at the time of each session. Cash, check, credit or debit cards accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. (Email notification of a cancellation must be at least 48 hours in advance). Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee regardless of insurance coverage.
